The doors are sealed with special gasket to avoid leakage. Steam coils are provided to prevent dripping of condensate. The dye liquor is circulated by means of pump. Its filtering device prevents pipe from clogging. The speed of roller is controlled accurately by the vector drive. More improved structure to achieve stable cloth speed of various fabrics such as cotton, rayon, synthetic from low density to high density and from natural fiber to synthetic fiber with easy dyeing and finishing is possible.
